Day 8 & 9

Day 8 & 9

Weight: 250 lbs

I’ve been busy the last couple of days while on a mini vacation. I’ve still kept to my diet however and I am continuing to see results. I’ll have another photo to publish tomorrow. I look forward to the day I can take my shirt off at the lake and not be embarrassed. Where oh where did my six-pack go?

Day 6 & 7

Day 6 & 7

Weight: 253.6

I had a date last night so I didn’t have time to post yesterday. Funny how you starting losing weight and you gain more confidence. Now I know it’s not really a drastic change but I know I’ll continue to lose weight. If you’re not busy losing weight you’re busy dying.

Day 5

Day 5

Weight: 255.0

Not really a lot of progress today but then again I still lost weight. I’ve been trying some different foods lately. Trying to mix different vegetables. So far I haven’t slipped into my old habits of eating just junk. I would walk 500 hundred miles and I would walk 500 more just to be the man I want to be in the mirror. I have a feeling the next few days are gonna be even better.

DAY 4

Day 4

Weight: 255.4

Today wasn’t as drastic of a change. I still felt good. I have plenty of energy. Honestly, I felt a little bored at work. I felt like I needed more to do which is a good thing. My boss definately noticed. Nutripex has effectively killed my cravings. I’m hungry so I eat but I’m eating better. Also, I think being busier helps. My friends have noticed as well. They are constantly asking about my success. I tell them it’s relatively easy except for not being able to drink alcohol. The Rangers are in a pennant race so I’m watching a game everyday and then going to the ballpark doesn’t help either. Still I’m rambling on and the results are awesome.

Day 3

Day 3

Weight: 256.1

I woke up this morning with high hopes. And my belief was not in vain. I’ve lost right at 4 pounds since the beginning of my journey. I know it might seem ridiculous, but Nutripex works. Honestly, I had my doubts but the scale doesn’t lie. I have more energy these last couple of days. I just moved and I’m starting a new job so the extra pick me up is well received. I can already notice that my clothes fit differently. Hopefully the ladies notice as well. I’m on the highway to better health.

Day 2

Day 2

Weight: 259.0

Day 2 was a little more difficult. I’ve never been one to eat a whole lot. I usually limit myself to one meal a day. However, that meal has as of late been a burger and fries from the nearest drive thru. With Nutripex and the increase in metabolism I’m always hungry. It’s funny how when you need to eat you don’t but when you shouldn’t you want to. Still that’s a good thing. It means the product is working. My metabolism is higher. I’m buring more calories and I lost 1 pound in a day. I’ve been trying to think of something clever to say at the end of my blogs. I’d like to continue that. For those about to loose weight, I salute you.

Day 1

Day 1

Weight: 260.0 lbs

I’ve noticed when researching weight loss products and diets that most products only show you a before and after photo.  Consequently I’ve decided to document how I feel every day. I have high hopes that Nutripex is the ideal product for me. Nutripex is designed to increase your metabolic rate while helping to decrease cravings. Tomorrow I will upload the first photo.  Today I feel pretty good. I thought that maybe with the lower caloric intake that I’d be a bit sluggish. Nutripex, however, counteracts this by allowing the food I eat to be digested slower keeping my metabolism high. I’ve had plenty of energy. I even managed to wash my truck, which is a task I been putting off for quite some time. My motto on this journey is if I don’t believe in something I’ll eat anything. I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
